Provenance for The White Post is key, the West Country has an abundance of amazing producers, farmers, suppliers, cattle, sheep, deer, chicken, duck, game, fish, shellfish, cheese, cider, brandy, wines, fizz, ales, gin distillers to name just a few, many of these are a few miles away or even just across the fields, we are truly spoilt.
Seasonal ingredients.
We only use the best seasonal local produce in our menus, we even have our own bespoke gin distilled for us to our unique recipe.
Our small garden is packed with various herbs, edible flowers, fruits & vegetables, our terrace area has pots & pots of herbs we use every day in the kitchen & bar, we are also blessed with lots of areas to forage & we have a customer swap scheme where we happily swap customers allotment pickings for food vouchers.
